Groundsman would be expected to help run the job from the ground for JCS Tree company. The main job is to assist the tree climber in the project and to help the job run safely and efficiently. The grounds crew members work in all aspects of tree care and removal. Duties vary from job to job. Workers need to make sure the job site safe ; organized, running ropes, use chainsaws when needed, drag and chip brush, rake and clean up the job site (including the loading and unloading of equipment). This job is labor-intensive, but workers will be compensated for hard work and efficiency. (experience required - 5 years minimum).
