Snow Removal company looking for another Crew Member to be part of our team. We are working towards being the most efficient and comprehensive large contract snow removal business in the North. Position duties include safely and efficiently operating a pick-up plow truck, snow shoveling, and traffic flagging. This position can rollover into our summer Landscape Season with the right candidate. Opportunities to grow and learn Grounds Maintenance and climb the ladder in our industry, whether it be here in Fairbanks or at one of our other branches throughout the US, including Hawaii.
Applicant should be eager and ready to work outside in all weather.
Job is typically M-F, 40 hours per week. Some opportunities for overtime. Most holidays and weekends off. However, applicant must also be available for work on call for any snow events.
Benefits and paid time off after probationary period. Wage increases are readily given as employee meets work ethic, reliability, and experience milestones.
Applicant must be 21 years old. Applicant must pass a background check and have a valid driver's license.
