ISO small breed puppy

I'm looking for a (preferably free) small breed female puppy (around no older than 4 months old, I can also bottle feed if needed) like a corgi, chihuahua, pomeranian, or a small mixed breed puppy. I had my dog for 14 years, and she passed away two years ago due to complications from osteosarcoma. She was like my child. She was a pomeranian and chihuahua mix. My family just doesn't feel complete without a dog. I've tried the humane society, but I never find any small dogs and when I do, someone is already in line for them.
