Press release from West Islip School District: Feb. 24, 2021 Third graders at West Islip's Oquenock Elementary School recently learned about Vermont farmer Wilson Bentley, who photographed over 5,000 snowflakes, as well as how snowflakes form and their shapes, types and sizes.
