The newest, cutest, most tail-waggin’ worthy community event in Juneau – the Slush Mush Dog Walk - to benefit Juneau Animal Rescue. Participants must pre-register. No registration day of. #CovidSafety - One $25 registration per dog. The first 200 registered pups will receive (through their friends with thumbs (that’s you!)) an event Doggie Bag full of goodies from businesses that love your pooch nearly as much as you! - Safety is a priority! Participants must stay masked, dogs must stay leashed, and walkers will sign up for varied start times to keep congestion down. - Walkers will travel from the Twisted Fish to Tahku the Whale. With a pit stop at the Flight Deck (Yes - they’ll be open for the day!) for a can of Alaskan Brewing’s Husky IPA, you’re sure to stay warm from the inside out. (All sales go to benefit Juneau Animal Rescue.) - PLUS! - they'll be a prize for the best pup photo - to be taken at the start of the walk.
