We are seeking a motivated Maintenance Supervisor who is looking to join a growing and rewarding Property Management company. This Supervisor will help operate and run our 180 unit community in Chandler, with the assistance of 2 Maintenance Technicians. Responsibilities include turns, service request, curb appeal upkeep, clear communication with management and an overall good attitude. A minimum of 40 hours a week and OT when approved. Being On-call is part of the job description but there is a rotating schedule.
Other Requirements •
Must provide basic hand and power tools
Must have reliable vehicle transportation
Ability to be at work on a regular and consistent basis
Must maintain professional appearance and comply with prescribed dress code policy •
Must comply with all safety regulations
Required Licenses or Certifications •
Current driver’s license and automobile insurance
May require one or more of the following certifications:
EPA Certification, Type I and II
