We are seeking highly motivated and experienced candidates for a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to play a key role within our company. The Maintenance Technician role is an essential part of all preventive, corrective and deferred maintenance plans. Key Responsibilities: • Must have good working knowledge and the ability to perform professional level maintenance, such as plumbing, appliance repair, electrical work, turnover of units for prospective residents, etc. • Complete services and repairs requested by residents • Report any maintenance concerns within the community and/or common areas to supervisor • Exceptional safety skills • Provide professional customer service at all times *Multi-family community experience preferred* • Basic communication skills including email and text messaging Entry level encouraged to apply!
