Finish Carpenter Training Program J&J Quality Door, Inc is a Residential door company that supplies, delivers, and installs Material on New Tract Homes throughout Central California and Bay Area. We are starting a finish carpenter training program, looking for 5 persons who would like to start a career in the Finish Carpentry trade. As a Finish Carpenter trainee you will learn how to install doors, hardware, base board, crown moldings, closet organizers, window stools, wall covering, and cabinets. We will provide proper hands on training and tools. Candidate needs to be willing to drive to jobsites. In the Central Valley, including but not limited to the surrounding area’s Sacramento Manteca Mountain House Tracy Requirements: Must be 18 years old; Driver’s license and transportation to and from work; Ambition to work hard and learn a trade that will soon become a career; Tool knowledge a plus but not necessary; Attention to detail; Punctuality; Honesty Benefits: Tool program Fuel reimbursement to jobsites outside of a 50 mile radius of our main shop Medical Insurance (after 90 days) 401k (after 1 year with company match) Monday- Friday work hours 7:00am-3:30pm (overtime is optional) Weekly Pay
