Out of state investor seeking a part time Personal Assistant to help be my eyes, ears and feet in and around the Buffalo area. Task include: -Meeting with sellers to take pics of the property before buying it -Meeting with contractors & buying partners to get bids -Dropping off / picking up paperwork from sellers and my attorney -Putting lock boxes on vacant properties. (Very rare, lock boxes will be provided) Must: -Be 21 years of age or older -Be on time for all appointments -Have a valid drivers lic -Have a camera phone to take pictures Dress Code: (Business Casual) -Jeans thats not ripped or stained -Covered walking shoes -Collard shirt $25/hr paid via PayPal, Venmo or Cash App. Please keep in mind that this is a part time gig.
