Lost Campers is an awesome company providing Campervan rentals for the youth/backpacker market. Our discreet, budget campervans are a perfect fit for our well traveled customers. We are currently seeking an Operations Associate to work in our Los Angeles depot. This is a diverse role requiring the successful applicant to be involved in all areas of the business. Responsibilities include: Daily rental operations Customer Service - Contactless pickups because of covid Cleaning vans Detailing And much more! You must be customer service orientated, able to work under pressure and multi-task. Organisational skills are key to success along with a high attention to detail and ability to communicate effectively. This is certainly not a boring job. You'll be on your feet around the yard, out and about driving vans, sitting, completing rental agreements, closing out the rental agreement, running back and forth from mechanics, purchasing, lots of cleaning and detailing vans, engaging in marketing activities and encompassing the fun-loving spirit of Lost Campers! Campervan rental experience is NOT necessary -- We are looking for someone with the right attitude and a positive outlook on life. Experience with computers, mechanics, tourism, car rental and traveling the world is an advantage but not a necessity. A full, valid drivers license is absolutely NECESSARY and you must have a clean driving record. After a three month probationary period and a favorable performance evaluation, your wage will increase to $18 per hour. Must be available to work weekends..
