Remodeling Help Wanted - Carpentry, etc

We are doing some minor remodeling on a home in Ann Arbor and need help with a variety of small tasks. This person would assist a maintenance person and possibly work by yourself for the right person. Some jobs include: carefully pulling out staples from a wood floor; re-sanding floor (if experienced); patching walls; removing basement windows with rotten frames and rebuilding rough frames (and possibly replace windows if experienced); expanding a couple closets; installing replacement light fixtures; assisting with removal of drywall and patching walls; installing drywall; patching and painting; installing cement board base for future floor tile; replacing doors with new pre-hung doors, etc. If you have experience with some or all of these types of things, we would be interested in seeing a resume and/or your contact info.
