We are seeking applicants for 1st shift, full time positions in the South Metro area (Rosemount, MN). This is NOT an agency listing. This is a direct hire for a company that is a leader in high-speed, automated feeding equipment for the packaging industry, with opportunities for advancement for dedicated, driven individuals. Job Requirements: Use hand tools to assemble components and machinery Operate shop equipment as necessary Various duties as assigned throughout the manufacturing facility. Safely perform all of the required duties while maintaining quality and efficiency standards Light Janitorial work Some outside maintenance work Proficiency in use of electric, pneumatic and hand tools, preferred. WILL TRAIN! Ability to work with minimal supervision Operate in a team environment to achieve company goals in safety, productivity, process improvement and housekeeping Ability to handle various duties assigned by your supervisor Physical Requirements: Frequent bending, twisting, squatting, and lifting with arms extended Hand, wrist, and arm movement (full range) Wear personal protection as required We offer a competitive salary with health insurance, as well as paid vacation and holidays.
