Elements Lighting + Decor in Carle Place, NY is looking to grow our team! We are family owned and have been in business for over 40 years. Our 18,000 SF showroom offers our customers lighting, furniture, and decor. We have everything from table lamps to stunning crystal chandeliers. Furniture and decor of all sizes. We are looking to hire staff to work our in-store warehouse / stock. Your job includes: > Handling of inbound deliveries - receiving, handling of detailed product check-in, and organization of stockroom inventory. > Maintaining an organized stockroom by ensuring proper placement of new goods, daily inventory checks, and cleanliness standards. > Carry out sold items and stock items to customers' cars. > Move quickly with a sense of urgency to assist customers as needed. > Desire to be self motivated be able to work productively with little supervision. > Ability to lift up to 50lbs and work on your feet for up to 8 hours a day. > Ability to climb ladders/stairs several times daily. > Knowledge of handling lighting and/or electrical background is a plus.
