I am looking for committed and respectful people to share this sacred place. No fumes / oil paints / toxic materials or loud noise. The space has a vintage look with beautiful cork and wood floors. Originally an apartment transformed into the headquarters of a large company and now into a creative community of artists and healers. In the central space I used to give art classes, workshops and the resident artists exhibited their work to which we will return at some point. At walking distance to the L-G train at Metropolitan Ave / Lorimer St. stop. Plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and McCarren park 5" away.
