Multi-apping independent contract drivers needed! Chefpanzee (www.chefpanzee.com) is a food delivery service that works exclusively with local Utah restaurants, food trucks & markets. We are growing rapidly and are looking for Delivery Drivers throughout the Salt Lake Valley. Most of our deliveries are between SLC and Murray, West Valley to the Canyons. Benefits: Competitive pay - $15 per hour (prorated) + $0.15 per mile + 100% of tips Flexible scheduling - work when you want, no set hours Hands-on, local support Multi-app driving encouraged. Drive for other apps? That's okay! Stay logged on with us and if you can't take an order, just reject it. You aren't penalized for passing up deliveries. We are not like other large food delivery services. We are a small company based in Salt Lake City that strives to generate more revenue for our partners & pay our drivers more competitively. As a driver, you will have a direct line to our company’s Owners to ask questions and provide your feedback. Like standard delivery services, this is an app-based service where you sign on when you are free to work and only accept orders that meet your requirements. Please note that we are a startup and cannot guarantee steady income. We are growing in sales, but in the meantime we do encourage our drivers to have other sources of income or to function as multi-app drivers. Requirements: Valid Driver’s License Current Auto Insurance Active Vehicle Registration A smart phone to access orders while on-the-go A clean, functional vehicle (year, make, & model does not matter as long as it is functioning well) Must have hot bag. If you do not have one, one can be purchased from Chefpanzee. Drivers cannot have any major violations in the last 7 years, including: DUI, Reckless Driving, Homicide or Assault, Driving with a Suspended License, and Driving with an Expired License Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $15.00 per hour COVID-19 considerations: All of our deliveries are contact free. All of our drivers must wear masks. All of our vendors wear masks and take health regulations and suggestions extremely seriously.
