ob Description Solid Ground Lawn and Landscaping is looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join our Landscaping team. Our company was founded in 2004 and we have been growing every year since our founding. Even with all of the current virus situation we are going like crazy! We are based out of North Little Rock and do work in central Arkansas. As we ramp up for 2021 we are seeking someone to lead a landscaping crew for us. A typical crew size is 2-3 people and involves sod installation, drainage, retaining walls, patios, walkways, flowerbed installs, sprinkler installs and a variety of other jobs. PRIOR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED We offer: Competitive pay, 4 day work week. Monday-Thursday starting at 7:00am Opportunity for overtime on Friday, Consistent paychecks The opportunity to get in shape and get paid doing it! A great work environment, Job requirements are: • Valid driver's license with a clean record (DL background check of last 3 years) • Desire to be challenged and grow • Strong sense of ethics and integrity • Ability and willingness to work outside in various weather conditions
