Our mission is to deliver high standards in quality and service while acting with integrity and professionalism with our employees and clients. -We are seeking energetic hard-working team players to work with a crew or as a crew leader and serve as the face of our company, carrying out our vision to our clients. -Job Description Includes mowing, trimming, mulching, raking, shoveling, digging, planting and watering for commercial clients This is a seasonal full time job. Must be able to work 40 hours a week with overtime available during busy seasons. -Requirements Ability to work in a team environment Must be able to lift, load, and carry up to 50lbs Must work safely and efficiently A willingness to learn how to run power equipment -Additional Skills ( welcomed but not required) Ability to work independently without direct supervision Proficient with walk behind and zero turn mowers Proficient with 2 cycle equipment -Responsibilities and Duties Assist with property clean-ups, included mowing, weeding, trimming, pruning and mulching as directed by crew leader or manager. Assist with basic equipment maintenance as directed by your supervisor Assist with snow removal on an on-call basis, including shoveling, salting or running equipment. -Also we are seeking experienced hardscape and landscape installation technicians. -Experience is welcomed, but not a requirement -Transportation to and from work is required -No Driver License is required, but is a plus ! -Benefit Package Offered Includes: 401K Plan Full Health Insurance consisting of health, dental, and vision Vacation Holiday Pay Overtime Pay Growth within the company !!
