Multiple Maintenance Positions

We are looking to fill two full time positions at an apartment complex. We are a small family owned company that wants to promote an equal work/home balance. The positions are for immediate hire, and are considered full time. The hours are Monday through Friday 8am until 4:30pm and a rotating on call schedule. The position is basic apartment turns, maintenance and tenant requests to promote a happy living community for our team and our tenants. Previous maintenance experience is required, and reliable transportation is a must. HVAC certification is also helpful.
