looking for a independent contractor or handyman that has experience in the field of remodeling apartments after a tenant has moved out.
Must have own tools and transportation to get to the job site.
Requirements are as follow:
-Must be able to meet schedule requirements for the units to be remodeled.
-Can fully understand and have experience with painting, drywall,installation of Vinyl plank flooring.
-Replace door slabs or jambs.
-Repair or replace subfloors.
-Installation of cove base and trim.
-can walk steps (we have 1st and 2nd story apartments.
-Willing to fill out W-9 paperwork
