Youth On The Move Inc is hiring monitors *Must be 19 years of age or older* Must be physically able to assist consumers entering & exiting vehicles*Must provide 2 written references (previous employers, pastor, civic group assoc, etc)*Must authorize and pass a CORI check*Must submit to a drug/alcohol test and physical*Must attend company training & obtain necessary certifications*Must be able to load & secure child seats in vehicles*Supervise passengers to ensure safe & appropriate behavior*Assist passengers on & off vehicles as necessary*Maintain accurate attendance records daily* Stay alert at all times*Follow instructions of the dispatch office* Good interpersonal skills for dealing with passengers, families, &program personnel* Team Player * Be respectful towards dispatcher & General Manager * Respect safety of passengers as first priority* Respectful of all property, including vehicles & other equipment* should possess effective crisis-management skills* Flexible Hours*
