Elevator Repair Needed

Description

We have a commercial building that is over 125 years old. There's 2 elevators that goes up 5 stories, it has been non operational for about a decade, we'd like to fix this elevator and get it working again. We'd like to make turn these two elevators into one big elevator, almost hospital size. The person repairing the elevator must be licensed and bonded.
