Bonded and licensed preferred, experience in property maintenance a must, RV Park and pool experience a plus. ****Duties include but not limited to… Check in with the office staff at least once a week for any maintenance duties of the week. Answer and/or return phone calls with office staff and/or the owner of property on a timely fashion. Assess maintenance issues and fix what can be repaired without a professional. Advises owner what can be done by a professional. Make sure professional is hired and does a good job. Keep office updated with results of maintenance issues. ***Seasonal duties may include and not limited to.. Maintain weekly water of lawns in park. Maintain and repair any breaks in sprinklers systems. Minor landscaping duties. Shoveling snow and de-icing walkways, when needed.
