We are looking for a preferably experienced, hard-working, self-motivated Lube Technician to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate, self-driven/motivated, and a natural problem solver. *Applicants with the greatest amount of availability, and experience will be messaged and interviewed first. We need a self-motivated and dedicated employee that is willing to work hard, as we are a small family owned business and we take pride in our quality of work. Common Work Duties Included but not limited to: Performs multi-point inspections Locate and diagnose problems with malfunctioning vehicles; road test vehicles as appropriate. Maintain shop tools, equipment and work areas. Maintain all required documentation of service work done. Continually update product knowledge needed to work on new models. Recommends services based on findings from thorough inspection Inspects fluid levels Checks tires and tire air pressure; replaces tires as needed Performs Tire Rotation Replaces oil and air filters Installing or servicing hydraulic/electric brake system Alignment Testing and installing batteries Fluid Flushes What are the requirements for this job High School diploma or equivalent 2+ years experience as an automotive technician Automotive technical training (varies based on store needs) Attention to detail Organization and follow-up skills Valid in-state driver’s license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record ASE Certifications are a must.
