We’re looking for a Landscape Maintenance Supervisor and we’d love for Elysian Lawn & Landscape to be your new career home. Pay starts at $20/hr, with the potential for raises and bonuses after a 90-day trial period. We are a small company with big ambitions. You could be a key component of our growth and success! Qualities: - Do you have management experience and a desire to continually learn and grow your leadership abilities? - Do you enjoy being outdoors and coming home every day with a sense of accomplishment? - Can you communicate effectively, manage your time, and solve problems? - Are you honest, humble, friendly, and punctual? - Can you deftly back up a trailer and change your own oil? - Have you worked in landscaping or a related field and have a working knowledge of landscape plants and best care practices? - Do you have experience building/repairing irrigation systems, or hardscapes such as retaining walls and patios? Responsibilities: Encourage and train crew members to learn, grow, and advance in the company.
