10 week old kitten looking for her furrever home

We call her tuna :) She is 10 weeks old. & just sweet as can be. Shes a big snuggler and a constant purr-er Shes been flee dipped and dewormed and has had her first set of shots but will be needing her second set soon. She was rescued.. A little back story on tuna; She was a stray hanging around someone's house out in Graham ever since she was a teeny little baby she was always only ever seen being alone but couldnt be caught. Which was a blessing really because the neighbors kept attempting to sick his (freaking huge) pit bull on her but she kept getting away (thank god) and that is why i went and caught her and took her home until i found her her furrever home. But unfortunately i cant keep her. I already have 3 cats and thats already 1 more than im aloud to have where i live.. To ensure that she doesnt end up in another bad situation i am asking for a rehoming fee of $100 (non negituable)
