Job Description – Lawn Maintenance Crew Member / Landscape Crew Member Job Summary: Ground FX Lawn & Landscape Inc. is located in Hugo, MN and servicing surrounding communities since 2011. We take pride in providing consistent, professional work to both our commercial and residential customers. Our growing business is seeking Lawn Maintenance Crew Members, as well as Landscape Crew Members for the 2021 season. Potential employees will be self-motivated, have a stable work history and be detail orientated. You will be joining a hard-working team, dedicated to our customer’s needs. We are willing to offer competitive pay with room for career advancement. Lawn Maintenance Crew Members are responsible for operating string line trimmers, back pack blowers, mowers, pulling weeds, trimming shrubs, applying mulch, etc. Compensation $16.00 to $18.00 (depending on experience) Landscape Crew Members are responsible for digging holes, planting trees/shrubs/perennials, installing landscape edging, installing rock/mulch, installing retaining walls, installing patios, etc. Compensation $16.00 to $20.00 (depending on experience) Skills we are seeking / Job requirements: • Able to repeatedly lift 50 pounds • High School Diploma (or GED) • Able to work in various weather conditions (8-10 hours a day) • Professional appearance • Reliable transportation to our shop in Hugo, MN • Ability to be on time • Positive attitude and ability to work with other crew members • Maintain vehicle and equipment cleanliness • Working cell phone • Previous Lawn Maintenance and Landscape experience is not required, but is a plus What We Offer: • 401K with company match of 3% to 4% • Paid training • Company shirts, hats etc. • Top-of-the-line equipment • Weekly Pay (via direct deposit) • Overtime opportunities • Winter opportunities available, but not required
