A large, fast growing, landscape construction company based out of South County Rhode Island, is seeking positions for a Landscape Foreman/ Crew Leader. A Landscape Foreman/ Crew Leader’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, overseeing the construction of outdoor spaces (landscape/hardscape), monitoring and training workers, supervising the use of equipment, ensuring staff practice safety guidelines and protocols, track & record all job details accurately. All Landscape Foreman/Crew Leader’s must have proficient knowledge on landscape equipment, some knowledge of plants shrubs and trees common to the area. All Foreman must be able to communicate effectively with other crew members, supervisors & clientele. All applicants must have 5+ years of landscape experience.
