Looking to Form a Band - MUST BE LGBTQ friendly

Description
I'm building a band from the ground up, and I'm looking for musicians. Here's a bare bones overview of my vision: 5 piece band: - rhythm guitar - lead guitar - bass - keys - drums Who I am: My name's Regan Traphagen. I'm 32 & I work in media/marketing - or I did until I quit my job to do creative things like this. I'm an expert photographer and video editor, so digital media is going to be a BIG part of this band's social media presence & live shows. Here's link to my instagram (https://www.instagram.com/regan.katherine18/) and youtube (https://www.youtube.com/user/trapnextone/videos) Music style: - Bruce Springsteen (there will be a lot of Boss, if you're not cool with that that's a deal breaker) - 1994 - 2004 (think Sister Hazel, The Virve, Foo Fighters, Rickey Martin) - electronic Who I'm looking for: First and foremost, I'm a trans woman (I sing masculine), so if that's going to be an issue for you then kindly move on. Just want to be upfront about that and avoid an uncomfortable audition. I'd love to have a diverse band; ethnically, gender, background, and influences. I'm looking for versatile and quality musicians - particularly when it comes to keys and bass. If you play other instruments, please let me know. I'll routinely get an idea where I'd need a horn player, or a DJ, or some other oddball thing to make a song work. I don't want to be limited by what sounds our instruments can play. That's not always going to work, it may never work, the key here is I'm looking for people who are flexible and willing to try and figure something out that's outside their comfort zone. My vision for the band: I put my music into three categories: pop music (sing alongs - songs every band needs to know to be a successful bar band), narrative music (this is where Springsteen comes in - the set lists aren't just going to be a mixed tape. They're going to have some kind of narrative), and electronic (I'm thinking Hans Zimmer & video game scores. This is where the complications and versatility come in. I'd love to work this stuff in, it might not be possible). Covers or Originals? I'm starting with covers. Right now, I just want to get a group together & get out and play in front of people when that's a possibility again. I'm interested in writing my own music, but this is not my strongest skillset and will need help collaborating. Next steps: If you're interested, send me an email. Please include in the subject line your instrument. In the body, just introduce yourself, tell me your story, what kind of music you're into, what your career goals are (is this a side thing? do you plan to be a musician full time?), and tell me what attracted you to my post. We can set up a virtual meeting and do a face to face that way and take it from there.
