We are a national fitness equipment repair company looking for hard working, motivated technicians to deliver great service to our accounts. Please read the entire job description carefully. Job Description We need a tech who can hit the ground running, making repairs on fitness equipment in customer's homes and fitness facilities. MECHANICAL AND/OR ELECTRICAL EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED, but experience with fitness equipment is not required. Full training provided. Company car provided. The ideal candidate will have: * Cell phone * wide assortment of mechanical hand tools * experience working with a multimeter * clean driving record (non-negotiable), no criminal record Necessary Personal Qualifications * honest, responsible, RELIABLE, efficient, neat appearance, hard worker * extremely professional customer service, both on phone and in person * average computer abilities (email, learning our software, etc) * abundant experience working with hand tools * organized and clear communicator * logical approach to mechanical/electrical problems * physical strength. There is not usually heavy labor, but on occasion you will need a lot of arm/back/leg strength, and the ability to move/manipulate awkward, heavy equipment by yourself * you must be open to learn quickly. Intelligence and organization in needed for this job Compensation Dependent upon level of experience. Pay will increase as you gain experience.
