I have a couple of apts I need made ready to rent. I'll have a list for you and can get you the materials as needed. You just need tools and the ability to work from a list, and be reliable and competent. Just let me know what you'll work for per hour. I can work you this week, possibly the weekend, and all next week. Nothing too complicated, just painting, wall repairs, cleanouts, things like that.
