Summary: Maintenance is responsible for the overall “working order” of all park facilities including, but not limited to: all park structures (interior and exterior); landscaping; trash pick-up; maintaining site utilities, equipment and vehicles; may also be responsible for pool care. Qualifications:  Excellent guest hospitality skills.  Professional appearance.  Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, squat and reach.  Reliable and punctual.  Experience in and knowledge of plumbing, electrical, landscaping, painting, etc.  Skilled in the use of small tools.  Follow directions well.  Safety conscience. General Tasks:  Landscaping: Mowing, trimming, pruning, weeding, etc.  Perform electrical and plumbing repairs.  Operate and maintain equipment and vehicle.  Paint and or woodworking repairs.  Communicate needed supplies to the appropriate individual.  Always present yourself in a friendly, professional manner to all guests, vendors and coworkers.  All other tasks as assigned.
