Today and maintenance worker spooked my white Cap Pionus named Pica She doesn’t like very many people other than me. She has a minor kidney problem requiring lots of fresh water and special diet. I’ve had her for 10 years. This is the first time she has ever flown off but it is also the first time she has been spooked. I am currently unemployed but I will offer anything I possibly can as a reward. It breaks my heart to lose her. And I know she is probably close because when I got her she didn’t even know how to fly. So she is not a strong flyer. When I got her she was a plucked bird. She’s not just a pet she is my friend. She flew at about 10:30 AM today 25 February. She is a tropical South American bird and although today the weather is quite nice It will get quite cold tonight. Any help would be greatly appreciated
