Coordinate daily schedule with front office for inspections consisting of fire extinguisher inspections, backflow certifications, and emergency exit light inspections. Complete electronic inspection reports that are sent to the front office for review. Complete needed repairs and replacements of fire extinguishers, backflows, and emergency exit light batteries. Perform daily tasks in the shop during down time such as rebuilding fire extinguishers, shop upkeep, and shop organization. Backflow tester certification is preferred however it is not required. Employer will pay for training and certification. Employer will also pay for other training and certifications. Full time Must have drivers license and be authorized to work in US
