Full time maintenance person must have drywall, painting skills, tile, and carpet some electrical, and plumbing with good cleaning skills. There is some heavy lifting and ladder work preparing Condos for rent. This is a general maintenance position that encompasses the entire property including grounds. Applicant must be dependable and able to supervise and manage themselves and will be expected to keep busy all the time This is a drug free work place. Must be Bondable
