Needing help with my disabled pit bull

On 2/1 my 4 yr old pit bull’s hind legs suddenly stopped working. He was in the hospital for a couple of days but was released due to cost and the fact that we can’t afford the $4500 MRI he needs for an official diagnosis. He’s been at home with me and we’ve been doing rigorous hydrotherapy with him to try to get use back in his legs. I’m posting mainly just to ask for advice with him. Or to see if anyone has a large dog wheelchair they no longer need. Also wondering if there are any rescues or medical fostering services. I hate to have to put him down. But it’s starting to look like my only option. Any and all advice is welcome.
