Must be:
-comfortable working with trash
-able to climb flights of stairs while carrying trash
-have reliable transportation
-have a truck
-have a valid Drivers License
-have valid vehicle insurance
-reliable and responsible
-able to communicate effectively
-able to take photos with a device and send them via email
