We are now hiring for a Groundskeeper for our beautiful property in Dallas, TX! Villas at Katy Trail 3200 Maple Ave Dallas, Texas 75201 EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS: Responsible for the general cleaning, detailing of the exterior of the property and the common areas. Provides a clean, safe, well-maintained community Assist maintenance team with basic service tickets Walks the property, painting walls, floors, and curbs, sweeping, mopping, using a leaf blower, power washing, assist in moving appliances and furniture, cleaning pools, changing light bulbs, picking up trash, and other assigned duties. Communicates clearly and concisely Pleasant, friendly, positive attitude Hard worker Dependable Team player Willing to learn English fluency; Spanish is a plus! Valid ID Reliable transportation *Occasional resident events or emergencies will necessitate working outside of normal business hours. There may be times when you are called upon, based on rare necessities. BENEFITS: Compensation: $14 - $16 per hour, PLUS a monthly performance bonus based on merit Rent discount after 90 days of employment Certain Reimbursements for office supplies, travel, gas Accrued Paid Time Off, Holiday Paid Time Off, and a Floating Holiday 401(k) + employer contribution Employer-paid health insurance coverage up to $450.00 per employee, per month, if elected Eligible for insurance coverage after 60 days of employment.
