Unfortunately I spotted 2 deceased, dead dogs on Hwy 35 South. 1 was just before SW Military and looked to be a PUPPY HUSKY BLACK & WHITE with a PINK COLLAR. (Possible Female) 2nd Dog was BLACK possible Pit Mix just after Zarzamora and 35 SOUTH in the Center Median. RIP Pups.. So sorry Humans failed you.
