Job Description Hydraulic Valve Switch Builder & Flex Warehouse Shipping and Packing Summit Hydraulics is growing rapidly and we are currently seeking the right person to join our production team building valve switches and switch boxes. The ability to function efficiently in a fast-paced environment without cutting corners, and a strong attention to detail is critical to be successful in this role. The appropriate candidate will also have: · Comfortable with tools and working with your hands. · Positive attitude, flexibility and adaptability. · Team oriented mentality and a strong work ethic. · Required to perform light to moderately lifting (up to 50lbs). · English Fluency required. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: You will build and assemble switches and hydraulic switch boxes with your hands. Strong attention to detail. Must be comfortable using tools. Including but not limited to, using a heat gun, cutting wiring, use of soldering gun, and other handheld tools. You will build and assembly kits specific to the needs of our customers as ordered. Verify product is correct and packaged for shipping to ensure the highest level of quality control. You’ll inspect each of our products for quality, which ensures the safety of the thousands of farmers and mechanics using our products every day. You will become a subject matter expert at building our hydraulic kits to ship our customers. You’ll be responsible for our inventory, making sure we have enough product to fulfill orders. You will be cross trained for Kit Assembly, picking, packing and shipping. Assist in cleaning when all selections are complete.
