Description SIMOS Is currently looking for returns processors in the Lakewood, NJ area. Job Responsibilities We are looking for clerks to process return packages from E-Commerce sites in a warehouse setting. Individuals should be detail oriented and have quality and efficiency as their top priorities. Job details and skills needed: Inspect packages from inbound returns to ensure quality and condition, check the product for any missing parts or pieces, use computer to process the returned item, and list packages for resale after quality is validated. Packages are small in nature and are not heavy. · Detail oriented with good organizational skills · Customer Service, Quality and Efficiency mindset · Good computer skills and internet knowledge · Knowledge of warehousing and distribution practices and tools. · Experience with E-Commerce websites such as Amazon / Ebay/ Etsy/ Etc · Reliable transportation to and from work daily · Willing to work in a team atmosphere · Able to lift up to 25 pounds · Able to stand, sit, move, and function as needed through the duration of a shift • Full Time • 2nd Shift Associate Requirements • Background Check • Able to Lift 30 pounds • Drug Test • Stand for Shift Duration • Must be at least 18 years old Associate Benefits • Casual Dress Code • Paid Training • Weekly paychecks • Direct Deposit or Cash Card pay options • Medical / Dental Insurance • Paid Time Off • Pay Starting at $15.50 We look forward to you joining our team!
