Must be able to preform all stages of maintenance and repair including: plumbing, drywall, painting, electrical and general carpentry. Requires a strong troubleshooting skills, ability to meet tight timelines, good communications skills and the ability to exceed our customers expectations. Working Saturday and Sundays required. Company van is provided and personal tools are required. Job Type: Full Time (Part time may be considered) Experience: Residential Maintenance Technician: 3 years minimum
