First and foremost this is an awesome landscape learning position and very rewarding financially. Its a real job, we pay taxes and do the proper paperwork. Pay is based on experience. someone who gets its, is experienced and can work fast, 16-18 hr. With no or little experience, starting pay is 14 hr.
We want long term job seekers that have no problem showing up for work everyday for at least a season. so you need your own car and drivers license. You will need some proof of past work history or a reference. this site is filled with guys jumping around everyday looking for a little cash then disappear. please don't waste your time. After 6 years on here, i know who you are.
We will do interviews that cater to your schedule. we will begin our season with in the next couple weeks. BE ready to work. Cash bonus will be given after the first month. We can train, but you need to know how hard this type of work can be. We can cater the work day around you, 8 hrs max, no weekends, etc.
