Our Autumn Ridge apartment community is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position plays a key role in keeping our residents comfortable and maintaining a high level of satisfaction for our community. It's essential that the Maintenance Technician portray a professional, courteous, "We Care" attitude. Primary duties include; • Resident service order requests • Vacant apartment maintenance • Inspection/repair of building lights & timers • Appliance installation Qualifications; • Available for night/weekend calls • Plumbing/Drywall/Appliance/Electrical experience • Minor roofing repair • Ability to lift 80-100 pounds • HVAC certification (preferred) • CPO certification (preferred) • Reliable transportation
