Hi all, I'm moving from the UK soon, where we have a great '40s and '50s scene, so I'd like to form or join a band playing a blend of music from that period. I'm not too fixed on a particular genre, since I love everything from jump/jive to doo-wop, but it needs to be at a decent standard. I play guitar, bass, piano, a bit of steel guitar and sing, so am looking for any like-minded musicians who play pretty much any instrument! For rockabilly we don't even need a drummer if I can't find one! So if you play guitar, double bass, steel, drums, sing or whatever, drop me a line. I have a small space to rehearse in, and there's always the garage! Just to be clear, I don't mean Stray Cats covers!
