Part-time contract work: Hiring an experienced vacation rental cleaner and manager to help maintain our excellent airbnb rating and keep guests happy. Daily cleaning of one or all of our three lofts, and light cleaning of the offices attracted on the same building. Taking out trash, wiping down surfaces, keeping kitchen items stocked. Must be available at 12:00 PM every day and live within 10 minutes of Deep Ellum. Pay: partially through cleaning fees plus additional hourly rate for extra administration work when needed.
