They’re focused on personal development within their role and for future promotions. Duties/Responsibilities: Responsible for quickly learning and following company processes. Understand and carry out company standard operating procedures(SOP’s). General labor duties What we are looking for: A solid background in the field. Leadership skills and extensive experience with the ability to direct the work of others and make good decisions quickly. Must be well-organized, goal-oriented, and favor safety above everything else. 2+ of experience with construction procedures, equipment Knowledge of the OSHA guidelines Excellent personal time management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license Comfortable with traveling to out of town projects High school diploma or equivalent required Must be able to lift 80 pounds at a time If this sounds like you, then we want to hear from you today!
