Full time general maintenance position open.
1. Lead person. Must have experience in basic electric, plumbing, hvac, and carpentry skills. Knowledge of code enforcement necessary.
2. Grounds person; Must have experience in refinishing apt units. Landscape experience a plus.
Both positions require you to have your own tools.
