Pool certification a HUGE plus! Maintain apartment community's grounds, assist maintenance team and address common areas via janitorial and lawn care tasks. ✪ Make Ready Technicians: If you have good remodeling experience, this is a great way to utilize your skills while being a part of a stable and consistent industry! The Make Ready Technician ensures that vacant units meet the established quality standards for re-leasing by performing technical and mechanical work. 🔨 Non-Certified Maintenance Technicians: These technicians are responsible for completing service requests in apartment homes in the areas of plumbing, electric, and appliance repair. They will also assist with punching apartments and maintaining grounds. 🔧 Certified Maintenance Technicians: EPA and pool certification a HUGE plus! They are responsible for emergency/unscheduled repairs to apartment homes and community property in the areas of plumbing, electric, AC, Appliances, Common Areas, and more. Maintenance Technicians also perform routine/scheduled preventive maintenance tasks. All positions require candidate to have reliable transportation. Some positions may require a valid driver's license.
