Landscape Maintenance Labor/Tech – Help Wanted 3 Acre Estate in Lemon Heights/Tustin Hills, Orange County, CA One year minimum landscape experience. Hourly wage to $17. 40 hours per week, 7am – 3:30pm, M – F. Medical-Vision-Dental health plans available for which the employee pays 25% of the premium (about $144 per month) and the employer pays about $430 per month; 401K is available. After 90 days on the job, each year there are: 1) 8 paid holidays; 2) 3 – 7 paid sick days depending upon years employed; 5 paid vacation days are earned during years 1 – 2 of employment, then 10 days per year. Employer offers clothing allowance for pants, shirts, boots and winter jacket. Payroll is each 2 weeks by direct deposit to your bank account with appropriate state/federal deductions. If job is offered, employer will then request drug tests and criminal history report. Property utilizes 3 landscape personnel including a working Supervisor. Understand/speak English. Legal residency. Use Employer’s equipment: gas powered equipment – mower, hedge trimmer with extension, edger, and blower. Repair irrigation lines, heads, know valve repair or learn. Prepare soil for in ground and pot planting. Knowledge of plants. No smoking onsite. Cell phone use for business purposes only. Return personal calls during lunch or break. Ca driver’s license.
