Carl Buddig Sandwich Meat Company is looking for a Food Production Cook/Mixer. Shifts: 4PM to 12PM & 10PM to 6AM Pay: $13.50, after 13 weeks $14.00 Spanish speaking or bilingual a PLUS! You would be responsible working in multiple areas of the cooking side of the production area including receiving, microwave room, grinding area, batching, mixing, scaling, spice room, stuffing, smokehouse, and cooking. Also, Forklift experience is a plus. Duties: 1. Safely unload and deliver materials from tractor trailers to designated areas and ensure the contents of the order are accurate to the order. 2. Move correct meat product with a pallet jack through the microwave process. 3. Remove product from cardboard combos and place into stainless steel combos. 4. Properly dispose of trash and recyclable materials as needed. 5. Place raw meat into grinder and track and record meat production levels. 6. Load dumper with proper meat products and spices. 7. Execute the mixing process. 8. Review schedule and weigh quantities for all spice products and deliverer to designated locations. 9. Complete daily forklift inspection log and provide forklift charges when necessary. 10. Properly operate stuffer, grinder, and smokehouse machinery. 11. Use high pressure sprays wash on all racks and combos. 12. Maintain all work areas in a clean and sanitary manner.
